I understand that Spiralz fermented products are live, active foods that continue to ferment naturally. They are classified and supplied as refrigerate on arrival products and must be placed in refrigeration immediately once received.

Spiralz makes each order with shipping time in mind and adds extra liquid where appropriate to help protect the product during transit. Because the products are live and active, some natural pressure build-up, minor leakage, extra fizz, or continued fermentation may occur during delivery.

I understand that the best before date and recommended use-by timeframes assume the products have been refrigerated promptly on arrival and stored correctly. As a wholesale customer, I am responsible for unpacking, refrigerating, storing, and handling the products correctly before resale. *
